  • Jalapenos: 2 large

  • Carne Asada: 1 lb
  • Limes: 2 small cuts into wedges
  • Cotija cheese: 1/4 cup

For Guacamole

  • Avocados: 3 small

Preparation:

Step 1: Assemble and prep
