Boneless chicken: 500 grams

Prepared cajun seasoning: 4 teaspoons

For Pasta Boiling

Cook 280 grams of pasta in 1 liter of boiling water, adding one teaspoon oil, half a teaspoon salt, and one teaspoon olive oil to the skillet. It needs to be brought to a boil. Boil for eight to ten minutes on medium heat. Now drain the pasta well after it is taken off the heat. Leave aside.

For Chicken

Prepare 500 grams of boneless chicken by mixing it with four teaspoons of cajun seasoning, one-fourth teaspoon of salt, and one-fourth teaspoon of black pepper powder. 10 – 15 minutes will be enough time to marinate the chicken. Cook the marinated chicken with two tablespoons of butter in a pan over medium heat, stirring until well combined. Cook, until it turns golden brown from all sides or until the chicken is cooked through. Please remove it from heat and keep it aside.

For Cajun Chicken Pasta

Heat two tablespoons of butter in a heavy skillet, add 85 grams of onions and fry until translucent. Then, add 110 grams bell pepper and saute for 5 – 7 minutes on medium heat. Now, add 300 grams of fresh cream and mix it well. Bring it to a boil.

In a bowl, combine 3/4 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1/2 teaspoon dried basil, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, one teaspoon sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, and mix well. Eventually, add 35 grams of parmesan cheese and mix. Cook on medium heat for five to seven minutes. Now, add the boiled pasta, cooked chicken, and mix it well. Stir every few minutes and cook for a further 5 – 7 minutes.
